HOT FIX

[DB-131-] Automatic Reconciliation – Transaction Cancel 

Fixed: A bug relating to the Cancel function in the Automatic Reconciliation caused transactions to not fully cancel from the system, i.e. the transaction(s) remained in the Expected But Not Found list and could be cancelled multiple times. To correct this issue, a fix will be applied to CasparCloud on 3rd February 2023.
