IMPROVEMENTS
[DB-39] Automatic Postings Refactor
The Automatic Postings routine has been refactored to improve the processing of large transaction import files. Refactoring has seen significant improvements in usability, validation feedback and overall import speed.
Please note that there are substantial changes to this area of functionality, so it is recommended that customers using Automatic Postings refer to the updated written guidance and new tutorial available on the Trojan Knowledge Base, please click here to watch the video. Previously adding a carriage return in a letter resulted in a doubled spaced line and you had to hold down the keyboard Shift key to prevent this. The letter writer has been updated so that carriage returns now result in a single-spaced line.
[FR-13-1] Letter Writer – Letter Preview
The Letter Writer Preview function has been improved to allow users to view a letter as it will be generated including all merge data. Letters can now be previewed on both the Admin>Letter Writer and Client>Document Library>Produce Letter pages where you will find a ‘Preview’ button on the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
Data is outputted to the Preview popup where you can also opt to ‘Produce Document’ if you are happy with the content. Please ensure you ‘Produce Document’ to save the letter to the system.
[FR-13-3] Letter Writer – Window Size
To improve Letter Writer usability, the size of the text section has been scaled to fit the page. This change applies to both the Admin>Letter Writer and Client>Document Library>Produce Letter pages
[DB-55] Move Client deletion to an async function
Client deletion has been moved to a background ‘Job’ to more effectively manage the process where clients have large amounts of data, this reduces the wait time for the user when a client is deleted.
[DB-42] Administration – Order the process by Reference, not Cost Code
Fixed: Previously Administration Workflow templates were incorrectly sorted by Cost Code instead of the Reference, this has now been corrected. Please note that the font size has also been increased in the Title and Summary headers and the text also extends across the full width of the page.
[DB-46] OPG Reports Significant Decisions & Client’s Involvement
Fixed: Where a client had multiple Significant Decisions or Clients' Involvement notes recorded within their OPG reporting period the system was not outputting the data to the Section 2 continuation page on OPG reports. This has now been corrected and the continuation page is populated where required with Significant Decisions and Client Involvement notes ordered by date, oldest first. Please be aware that if the length of the first Decision or Involvement note outputted exceeds the text space available on the initial Section 2 page all notes will be added to the continuation extra sheet.
[DB-47] Letter Writer – Care Details (+) fields missing from data tree - unable to select COP Reference
Fixed: The Care Details reporting node was previously missing from the Letter Writer data tree meaning that customers were unable to include COP-related merge fields such as COP Reference or Final Order Date on letter templates. This has now been corrected and all care-related data is selectable in Admin>Letter Writer>Data Fields
[DB-51] OPG103 (Section 5) benefit check boxes and 'other benefits' not correctly populating
Fixed: Previously the benefit checkboxes and ‘Other benefits section’ of Section 5 of the OPG103 report were not correctly populating for some benefit types, this has now been corrected to ensure relevant checkboxes are ticked. The ‘Other Benefits’ section will now also output the Transaction Type description for any benefits not covered by the checkboxes, including the new CWP COL benefit type.
[DB-52] Client List Caseworker dropdown only displays the first 20 entries
Fixed: The Case Worker dropdown on the Client List was previously only displaying the first 20 active caseworkers, this has now been expanded to display all active caseworkers where the personnel are assigned to the client record.

Letter Writer – Margin
Introduce user-defined letter margins which are consistent in letter writing and PDF output
Letter Writer – Header & Footer
Introduce the ability to define header and footer content for user-defined letters without the need to insert tables.
Letter Writer – Merge
If a letter contains merge data that is not present on the client no merge data is outputted to the letter e.g., if Client_Title is included on a letter but is not present on Client Details, other client data i.e., forename, surname fails to merge.
Disable browser autofill on Private and Business contact pages.
Disable browser autofill on email and password fields on the client contact pages to avoid incorrect details being saved back to the client record.
OPG Report Error
OPG report error where a transaction present in the reporting period does not have an associated OPG report heading assigned in Admin>Data Maintenance>Transaction Types
