[CD-116][EC10] Client Fees - 2 Appointee fee rates (forecast report fix)
Fixed: previously when calculating fees with dual appointee rates the fee forecast report was outputting monthly fees for each client when calculating for a quarterly period. The fee forecast now outputs a single fee for each client for the reporting period.
[CD-158] Report Generator – Template Name Sort
Fixed: previously the report name drop-down list in the Report Generator listed reports in a random order, the report drop-down is now sorted in alphabetical order to ensure reports can be more easily located.

[CD-160] Dashboard GDPR Widget - Housekeeping widget counter not updating when End Date used
Fixed: where customers applied GDPR to the client end date, the GDPR counter in the Housekeeping report widget was not updating when clients’ end date exceeded the retention years recorded on Admin > Site Details. The counter now displays the correct number of clients requiring GDPR deletion.
[CD-161] Report Generator - Contains function / Case Sensitive filter
Fixed: previously the ‘Contains’ function in the report generator filter was not working as expected and filter criteria had to be entered in the correct case to ensure the selected data was added to a report. The Contains function now works correctly and users no longer have to enter criteria in the correct case, making it much easier to select the correct data in a report.
[CD-165] Client Statement Report - incorrect Balance Bought forward value & incorrect address
Fixed: previously the Client Statement Balance Bought forward value was defaulting to the most recent account balance value instead of the balance as at the start of the requested statement period. The statement now shows the correct balance bought forward value. The Client Statement was also previously included the client’s Main Contact from private contacts on the address as opposed to the currently active client location, this has now also been corrected.
[CD-166] Unbatched Postings - Entered by field defaults to the logged-in user when editing
Fixed: previously when editing an Unbatched Posting the Entered by field defaulted to the currently logged in user as opposed to the user that entered the posting, the field also only displayed the user’s first name. This has now been corrected and the full username of the person who entered the posting is displayed when viewing/editing an unbatched posting.
[CD-167] Spelling Errors - Fee Control & Statis Report
Fixed: the incorrect spelling of ‘case worker’ on the Admin>Data Maintenance>Fee Control page has been corrected. The incorrect spelling of the word ‘deceased’ on the Reports>Client Reports>Statistics page has been corrected.
[CD-170] Account Enquiry - Date Last Reconciled is not populating.
Fixed: previously the Last Reconciled Date on the Account Enquiry was not populating, the field now displays the date of the last reconciled transaction on the client account(s).
[CD-174] Produce Letter – PDF Formatting issues
Fixed: previously when outputting a letter from the Produce Letter menu the resulting PDF was sometimes formatted with larger margins and increased spacing between lines, this has now been corrected and the PDF format is as per the Letter Generator preview.
[CD-175] Letter Writer - Produce Letters - Sort Letter ‘Letter Name’ in alpha order
Fixed: previously the ‘Letter Name’ drop-down list on the Produce Letter page listed letters in a random order, the drop-down is now sorted in alphabetical order to ensure letters can be more easily located.
[CD-176] Visit Form - Appendix formatting
Fixed: previously the visit form appendix containing the financial summary was not formatted correctly. The appendix is now exported in a more readable format and Arial font is used as standard.
Facility to output a BACS file of transactions when calculated fees are confirmed. The facility is only available where sites calculate dual rates for appointee fees for residential and community-based clients.
[CD-163] Automatic Reconciliation - Admin Option to Force Bank File Rematch
In certain scenarios, it may be necessary to force a transaction rematch in the Automatic Reconciliation, to facilitate this a Rematch Reconciliation button has been added to the top right-hand corner of the Admin>Jobs page. Only users assigned the Super Administrator role will be able to access this button and run the procedure. In the event a rematch is required please ensure no users are administering transactions on the Reconcile Bank Transactions page.
[CD -171] Letter Generator – Duplicate Letter / Import & Export
Facility to create a copy of an existing letter template including all formatting, data field selections and stored images such as logos. This function will improve letter writer usability enabling customers to create and maintain their own letter templates more easily.
To create a copied letter, simply select the letter you wish to copy from the drop-down list, click the ‘Duplicate‘ button in the top right-hand corner, enter the new letter Name and Description in the Duplicate Letter Template pop-up and Save the letter.
Facility to import/export Letter Templates in JSON file format.
