The latest update addresses the following reported issues:
[DB-279] Performance Enhancement for Statistics Report
Resolved an issue reported by some customers that prevented the execution of the Statistics Report, particularly at larger sites with substantial transaction data. The optimisation now allows for more efficient calculation of reconciled account balances, reducing the time required for the report to complete successfully.
[DB-280] Correction for Standard Report (Valuation)
Addressed an identified issue in the Valuation Report, where reconciled balances for a past date were incorrect. This release corrects the calculation, ensuring that reconciled balances are accurately reported for the selected date.
[DB-281] Performance Improvement for Client Personal Possessions
Resolved performance issues reported by customers with a high number of personal possession records. Previously, users experienced timeouts when loading the Personal Possessions page. The issue has been addressed, and now personal possession records will be displayed in the associated grid promptly.
[DB-282] Caseworker Output Correction
Fixed a reported issue where caseworker information was intermittently inaccurately reported in the Statistics Report and within Client Letters. The latest build aims to rectify this problem, ensuring correct caseworker output in both instances.
[DB-284] Real-time Balance Record Calculation Enhancement
Improved the balance calculation process to enhance performance and enable real-time updates. This update ensures a more efficient and responsive experience when reporting on balance records.
[DB-285] Client Care Type Display Correction
Resolved a reported issue where the Care Type was not accurately displayed on the client's page or the Statistics report, despite an active Care Type record being present in the popup. The issue has been addressed, and the Care Type should now be correctly displayed in both locations as expected.

[DB-277] & [DB-278]
The top 5 fixes & improvements for inclusion in future updates to CasparCloud.
Report Generator - Add the ‘Date Last Reconciled’ as a reportable field
Currently, the system does not have the capability to generate a report on the "Date Last Reconciled" because this information is not stored in the database as a reportable field. Instead, the system calculates this information in real-time when a user accesses the "Account Enquiry" page. If the "Date Last Reconciled" field is added to the database, it will enable customers to easily report across all clients to identify when accounts were last reconciled by a user.
Report Generator Enhancement: Improved Report Identification
In a future update, we intend to enhance the ‘My Reports’ page by including the name of the Report Generator Report in the 'Description' field, with the aim of providing clearer and more distinct identification of the various report outputs.
Barclays BMAP Bank File Import Issue - CSV Format Change
We have received reports from some Barclays BMAP customers regarding the failure of bank file loading to CasparGov. Upon investigation, we have identified that the issue is caused by a change made by Barclays to the CSV file format, failing the Bank File Import process. The specific issue stems from a blank line present in the file between the header and the transactions, which is not correctly formatted using commas.
We want to assure you that we are actively working on a fix to overcome this problem. In the meantime, if you encounter any issues with bank file imports from Barclays BMAP, we recommend a temporary workaround. Before uploading the file to CasparGov, please open the file and delete the blank line between the header and the transactions before saving the file and re-uploading it. This step will ensure a successful import of the bank file.
Client Diary
In a future update, we plan to incorporate a feature that allows users to access client-specific diary actions directly from the client page. This improvement will eliminate the need to check information in two different locations.
Feature Shortcuts & Collapsible Menus
We also will be introducing user-configurable feature shortcuts at the top of the main client page. These shortcuts will empower users to swiftly access frequently used functions such as notes, financial plans, account enquiry, and more, without the necessity to navigate through sub-menu options.
Additionally, we will be introducing a new capability that allows users to collapse the main menus on the left of the screen. By collapsing the menus, users can optimise their workspace for tasks that require a larger view, facilitating a more focused and efficient experience.
