Data Maintenance - Managing Reference Data Drop-Down Lists

The  list of key items of configurable reference data found under Admin > Data Maintenance are as follows: 

Personal Profiles - this page is where all case workers and care managers in your team are recorded, users can add and edit personnel on this page. The data is used to populate the Case Worker and Care Manager drop-down lists on the main Client Details page 

Transaction Types - Transaction Types are the descriptions used to categorise a bank transaction on CasparCloud, the data is used to populate the financial drop-down lists on the Client Financial Plan and Unbatched Posting pages. Transaction Tolerance can also be managed on the page for those customers reconciling accounts using Automatic Reconciliation.

Business Addresses - this page features the master list of business addresses used within your team, once created businesses can be assigned to clients. To create a business address you must first ensure that you have created a corresponding Business Address Type via Admin > Data Maintenance > Reference Data > Business Address Types.

Reference Data - this page is used to maintain all other CasparCloud drop-down lists e.g. Client Titles and Categories. A full list of drop-down lists can be found in the System Maintenance User Guide. 

Memorandum - memoranda are used to create additional data fields to record information that is not otherwise catered for by a standard field in the system. e.g. Gender or Marital Status, A Memorandum Option and a corresponding list of details can be maintained from this page.
